IV. Type, Scope, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
1. Use of the Website(s) for Information
If you just use our website for information, it is generally not necessary that you provide personal data. Instead, we collect and use in this case only such data that your Internet browser sends us automatically, such as:
- Date and time when you viewed our Internet pages
- Name of the pages and subpages viewed
- Your browser type
- Browser settings
- Operating system used
- Data volume transmitted and access status (file not found, etc.)

- Your IP address.
We collect and use this data exclusively in a non-personal manner when you visit just for information.

We do not need any additional potential information about your business, your address, phone number, etc. to process your request. However, this information can simplify and optimize processing. We also need information from you in the “Subject” and “Message” fields to register your request.

3. Rent & Buy
The header “Rent & Buy” on our homepage allows you to send us a purchase and/or rental request for an individually configured weather protection roof online. To provide you with an offer we need your name as well as your e-mail address in addition to the information on the required dimensions. Furthermore, we need your postal code in order to calculate transport costs / expenditures on labour. You can voluntarily fill in other data fields – this helps us to process your request faster and more effectively.We process personal data solely for the purpose of and to the extent necessary for proper processing of your request, in particular for the purpose of sending you a directly acceptable service offer.

VI. Retention Period of Your Data
